Sora is available across Journey experiences, with capabilities expanding by service level. Signature includes the fullest leisure concierge experience and 24/7 support during the active Journey window.

Safety is never an upgrade — the Safety Center is included with every Itinera Journey. Local emergency numbers and nearest emergency-care information for your destination, Emergency Mode, hold-to-activate SOS, and your Trusted Contacts on file. If an emergency is reported, Itinera can initiate safety check-ins and escalate through the established support process.

Boarding passes, rail tickets, hotel and dining confirmations, activity vouchers — collected as an organized digital travel folio. The same place carries the financial side of the Journey: original budget, spending to date, remaining balance and personal expenses.

Eligible group Journeys can divide the Journey balance between participating travelers — equal or custom splits, per-traveler amounts, and clear status for what's paid, scheduled or still invited — so one person isn't carrying the entire booking.

Invite the people travelling with you and give each of them their own connected view of the Journey — itinerary, meeting points and role-aware access — instead of everyone crowding around one phone. Companions accept their invitation, and map participation is theirs to enable or decline.

Built into every Journey, no upgrade required. When connectivity becomes unreliable, previously downloaded itinerary, Travel Wallet documents and received notifications remain available, with a clear record of the last sync. Live, network-dependent updates resume once you're connected again.

Photos, videos, notes and captions gathered as you travel — a private space that Journey advisors and Itinera staff do not have access to. Afterwards, ask Sora for a recap and your selected memories become Journey Highlights you can review, share by link or QR, and publish or unpublish whenever you choose. Nothing is ever published automatically.
